ENLIGN Sells Pro Shine Of North Carolina In Mooresville, NC

Mooresville, NC – Pro Shine of NC, a full service car wash, making the automobiles of Mooresville, Troutman and the surrounding areas shine since 2010, is under new ownership.
Joe Vagnone, the Charlotte Area Managing Director with ENLIGN Business Brokers & Advisors facilitated this sale between the Sellers Andy Peggs and Jeff Little, and Jamil Nassar, the Buyer. The sale of this business was especially challenging, because prime real estate was involved, which is unusual. Partnering with commercial realtor John R. Kindley of Equity Commercial Properties, and after intense negotiations, buyer and sellers were able to close the deal on May 26, 2017.
