ENLIGN Donates $2,500 To Campaign For Clarity
ENLIGN DEAL TEAM | 08/20/2014
RALEIGH, NC - Jeff Snell, M&AMI, CBI, ABI has announced that ENLIGN has donated $2,500 to Campaign for Clarity. The Campaign for Clarity supports H.R. 2274 and S. 1923 – The Small Business Mergers, Acquisitions, Sales, and Brokerage Simplification Act. The intent is to support legislation that clarifies how non-FINRA licensed business intermediaries and Merger & Acquisition Advisors can be compensated when a client transaction is conducted as a stock sale rather than an asset sale.
Passage of this legislation is in the best interests of all parties, business buyers, business sellers, business intermediaries, transaction attorneys and the public in general. The funds raised are used to pay the campaigns legal, lobbying and operating expenses. For more information, visit https://enligncurrent.wpengine.com
