Charlotte, NC – Joe Vagnone, an ENLIGN Business Broker based in Cornelius, is pleased to announce the successful sale of Carolina Springs Auto Spa University in Charlotte, NC, a locally owned and family run business providing all car wash and detailing services. Since 2000, CSAS has been producing the cleanest cars in the area, now offering limited lube services and comprehensive tiered membership options.

Joe Vagnone, the Charlotte Area Managing Director with ENLIGN Business Brokers & Advisors facilitated this sale between the seller, Mr. Brett Hart, and Mr. Jamil Nassar, the buyer.

The new owner knows the carwash business and is working diligently to become the area’s “carwash mogul.” Mr. Nassar purchased ProShine in the spring of 2017 and completed the purchase of CSAS on May 25, 2018. Mr. Nassar was short and sweet about this purchase, saying, “I am extremely pleased with this purchase.
