CHARLOTTE, NC – Charlotte based Moxie Cycling Company, http://www.moxiecycling.com, a cycling apparel company by and for women with moxie, is under new ownership. Joe Vagnone, Charlotte Area Managing Director of ENLIGN Business Brokers & Advisors facilitated the partnership buyout between the Seller, Brooke Wissler, and the Buyer, Debra Amorde.

Moxie Cycling Company, where high performance meets high style in cycling apparel and accessories for women, was founded by Brooke Wissler in March 2011 after she identified a need in the marketplace. In a male dominated sport where traditional men’s jerseys are often simply modified for women, Moxie Cycling is evolving the world of women’s unique needs at the forefront of their design. “Women should never have to sacrifice performance, comfort or style,” she says. Debra Amorde was a Moxie Cycling Company Manager in Minnesota prior to her move and subsequent purchase of the Charlotte-based Company.
