The Company is involved in the sale of specialty promotional products for niche collegiate organizations in addition to professional associations.  As a full line distributor, the Company sources product, captures, processes, and fulfills orders, warehouses merchandise, and drop ships directly to the customer.  Through a proprietary online store, clients gain access to over 1,000,000 different stock or customized products and services.  The Company services a national footprint of customers.  Products ordered online are processed and shipped from the Company’s Tennessee warehouse.
Historical Summary:
The Company was initially formed in 1994 becoming a Tennessee Subchapter S Corporation in 1999.  The Company had its roots with a leading Franchisor of print and promotional products but the Franchise Contract ended in 2009.  Since that time, the Company has flourished serving a unique customer segment.  The Company has formed strong relationships with its clients by establishing and maintaining customer web portals for the sale of client branded promotional merchandize.
