Business Description:The company has produced three distinct branded software and software/services products initially focused on the Contact Call Center market, recently extended into additional markets, which provide Business Rules Management (BRM) and reporting for non-technical personnel to more effectively manage and provide intelligent visibility to business operations. Since First Customer Ship (FCS) in December of 2003, the company has experienced 100% sell through with IT services customer base on primary product which is geared historically toward medium and large contact center environments such as financial institutions, drug companies, municipalities through federal government - any organization supporting significant inbound and/or outbound call, email, and/or web/chat volume desiring to maximize the efficiency of their solution. Company is engaging with a partner in the security field to provide a business rules interface around policy and element management. Massive cost savings are realized by customers while concurrently providing features and functionality that increase customer ability to serve their clients and maximize ROI on their communications infrastructure investments. Product provides functionality not available from OEM and integrates business rules management and reporting across multi-vendor solutions. The entrepreneurial founders and owners have created a suite of products that address voids in the converged solutions marketplace. The Company has completed the proof of concept phase as seen by market adoption with all products and offers a new owner, who is capable of growing business operations, with a high growth revenue opportunity.
Owner Qualifications:Owner must possess or maintain on staff lead architect with significant industry experience.
Competition:There is little competition in this space. Closest competitors focus on consolidated provisioning of single vendor IT systems and business applications where technical knowledge is still a requirement and empowering the business segment is not a focus. No single competitor can provide the full suite of applications that is available.
Potential Growth:Excellent growth opportunity. These products sell themselves once presented to decision makers in Fortune 1000 and Government accounts. Primary product has 100% adoption rate. Secondary product has strong follow-on sales. Third product rounds out total product offering. Recurring revenue from required maintenance contracts at 15% of total licensing costs.
