Jeff Snell, M&AMI, CBI, ABI Admitted as Expert Witness in Business Valuation Dispute by Wake County District Court

RALEIGH, N.C.- Jeff Snell, M&AMI, CBI, ABI and Principal Broker of ENLIGN Business Brokers, a firm representing profitable privately-held, businesses for sale with annual gross revenues in excess of one million dollars, has announced the completion of a business valuation case heard before Wake County District Court.

Business valuations for the purpose of establishing an appropriate asking price in advance of a business sale is most common for ENLIGN client engagements.  But, for this engagement Mr. Snell was called upon to render and defend an expert opinion as to the value of a family owned business for the purposes of equitable distribution.

“I was pleased to have been admitted to testify as an expert by the court and feel that the judge was able to follow the valuation methodology and approach used.” said Jeff Snell.

Mr. Snell was on the stand for approximately 20 minutes on direct and approaching 2 hours on cross.
