ENLIGN, representing the sellers, Jerry and Phyllis Clay, prepared a buyer’s information packet, provided a broker’s opinion of value, worked with the seller to determine an appropriate asking price, represented the seller in pre-offer discussions, assisted in the negotiation of the terms of the transaction, and worked with Buyer’s attorney Carmen Marzella of Marzella Law Group and seller’s attorney in preparing closing documents for client review. ENLIGN Commercial, LLC. also assisted in negotiating the terms of the Raleigh lease.
