CHARLOTTE, NC – Joe Vagnone, an ENLIGN Business Broker and Advisor based in Cornelius, North Carolina is pleased to announce the successful sale of award-winning Lake Norman Currents, Venture Magazine’s primary publication. The deal was completed October 26, 2016 with Mr. Vagnone facilitating a partnership between the sellers, Mark Lane and Sharon Simpson of Currents Media and the buyer, MacAdam “Mac” Smith of Oasis Luxury Homes. Oasis Magazine is a prestigious, upscale publication exclusively showcasing luxury real estate in the New Jersey and South Carolina markets.
Joe Vagnone assisted with the complex negotiations and is extremely proud to have facilitated this partnership. “Having a new investor on board will allow the owners of Venture Magazines more time to focus on, and further develop, their relationships within the local community, which is their goal,” says Vagnone. He has successfully sold other high-profile publications in the Charlotte-Lake Norman region and is considered a leader in marketing and selling well-known publications. He currently has additional media and publication opportunities available. ENLIGN does not release financial details of transactions.
